fade (pas assez sucré), je n&amp;#39;ai pas retrouvé le gout du choco blanc (dommage), et la texture du gateau qui m&amp;#39;a semblée fondante et dense sur la photo est en fait, une texture de pain (trop de farine à mon avis).  enfin, peut etre que je vais l&amp;#39;essayer avec plus de choco blanc, plus de sucre , moins de farine et au moins trois fois plus de fromage blanc (pour une texture
